The 2 little ones on the derailleur. Basically, you screw in one of them (that depends on your derailleur) and that will keep it in place.

You adjust the set screws on the derailleur so it it held in a certain place.

i got my bike last week and since than my bike has been there for 3 days, fork rebound look out so it was slow and the nobs wouldn't move, so they told me not to max the rebound, they are kinda mean(bad attudide)

All the stinger mod is for is when climbing and popping over tall logs and rocks and it could have been pushed into the chainstay. It does allow for me to have the chain wrap a little further around the chainring too, and I have never had it come off.
